It’s the song “Dixie” about the American South, it’s also the horn of the “General Lee” car from the TV show “The Dukes of Hazard.” It’s considered an insensitive song these days and not cool to be using as a horn, because it came to be a symbol of the South in the American Civil War, and the south was the wrong side to be on. I don’t know if he knows the history of that tune, but I hope he changes the horn on his car to something moe acceptable.
