When I saw this list I just knew that number 1 would be Brady to scotty Miller against Green Bay. That moment under the greatest of pressure show you the Bucs made championship plays when needed.
Number 11, Mike Evans touchdown against the Rams is one my favorite plays of all time, even though we lost that game, that play alone just made believe these guys wanted it more than any other team!
The number one play to me was the side line throw to Tyler Johnson. That catch saved our season. If he doesn't make that catch its 4 down, we punt, saints could have scored and put us behind again. Love that play, I hope Tyler johnson knows how important that catch was to beating the saints.
I consider the Antoine Winfield punch out of Jared Cook making him fumble as the biggest play. We were down 7 late in the third quarter with the Saints with the ball in Bucs territory. The fumble and recovery by White led to a tying TD.
You know it was a GREAT season when Gronk’s 2nd TD in the Super Bowl (with a close 7-3 score) came in at #54 of 100 best plays!! And I can’t really argue with its placement.
How many big plays did Antoine Winfield Jr make: game winner against the Giants, pass defense in corner of endzone against Atlanta the Cook fumble against the Saints, the pass defenses against Tyreek Hill. The kid is so instinctive.
He’s a brilliant young safety that sees the game so well. His athleticism is so underrated!! Look at his college highlights he’s explosive as hell. Uses it to his advantage in every aspect on defense he’s a flawless player.
Thank you Sean, love to hear when people like yourself have been following for so long. We've been through alot as Bucs fans. We did it! Let's go get another
Great list. In my humble opinion the bomb to Scotty Miller in the Raiders game is one of the best passes/catches i have ever seen in my 45 years watching football. Coverage was great. Brady put it in a 4 inch window 50 yards in the air. If too long Miller is out of bounds, if too short ( by inches) the DB would be able to make a play on the ball. Perfect in every way. Anyway, such a great list. Looking at the defensive plays Devin White was all over this list. Go Bucs
You can't overstate how f-ing lethal that Miller go route is. I still feel like I'm dreaming watching this team. Thank you for putting these videos together.
Liam Mitchell, sir you are doing God's work. I appreciate all your videos. The top 100 plays this year and the quality content you have in our good ol days. Keep it up sir.🔥🔥🔥🔥
I've watched this more than a few times. Every time I watch it, I am absolutely awed by Tom Brady's TD throw to AB against the Lions. We may have blown them out, but that pass is sensational.
Thank you for this!! My fav team for 20 years!! This season was the best thing a sports fan could ever dream of. I’m gonna be watching these highlights when I’m 50 lmao.
There were obviously 3 Chief’s fans who stopped by to thumb down this video. I doubt they’ll ever get over Brady and the Bucs ending their dynasty hopes, no matter how many Super Bowls the Chiefs might win in the future? The Bucs really needed to do it this season since the Super Bowl was in Tampa, making them the first team to host a Super Bowl. Another first for Brady. I still can’t believe that Brady could help turn this team around to a World Champion team in his first season. I thought it might take at least two seasons, but go Bucs. I think Brady is going to hang around to try and get a second one with the Buccaneers. I hope so, it’s been a long time since 2002. It was worth the wait.
Gosh I am a Giants fan But love watching great football Thank you Brady for making the two superbowls Eli and family won look Incredibly awesome If possible Love from Giants family
It says a lot about how good of a season the Bucs had that Mike Evans breaking the record for consecutive seasons with 1000 yards to start a career is number 76 on the list.
Jordon Whitehead's forced fumble on Aaron Jones that led to the Cameron Brate TD on the next play belongs in there. Not the top play but within the top 10 or 15.
I was all ready to be disappointed that the impossible Johnson catch against the Saints wasn't in here. Then I hit the top ten. You magnificent bastards!
Before watching, I'm going to guess the top 5 as the Brady to Miller TD before halftime against Packers in the NFC championship is probably #1, then in no order....Ronald Jones 98 yard TD run, forced fumble on Jared Cook in the playoffs, Brady to Miller TD against the Raiders, then maybe an interception of Mahomes in the Super Bowl? I'm sure I am forgetting some huge plays Edit: Completely forgot the Fournette run on the Packers and thought the interception against Brees would be a bit lower. Fun list of some great plays!
Number one was actually the best play, imagine if we hadn't scored the touchdown. Miller made the game a two possession game with that catch, and the game was a one score game by the time the bucs took the final kneel. Brady to Miller on that play changed the course of NFL history.
1:11... the signal Godwin gives Brady is so good. He points exactly where it ends up being thrown. Imagine turning up, week 1 of practice, and you're getting passes like this..? The thing about Brady is, if you've seen a lot of his interviews you'll know this, he throws a pass which is caught because of a good adjustment from his receiver and Brady thinks "Ok, he got that one, but I can be better. My next throw WILL be better." That's why he's the best.
Bucs supporters must be ecstatic about picking Tom Brady. They already had a decent receiving core and a tough as nails d line. Put in a top shelf QB and the hard work...well that speaks for itself. They look likely to defend their titles(NFC South, NFC and Super Bowl) in this coming season. The bonus is that they are an exciting team to watch.
20’ Miller WAS CLUTCH! Winfield Jr. bright spot of the secondary Fournette fits with the Bucs Bunting=Diggs (overrated but made the plays when needed) White needs to return to this type of performance. Hoping Hicks/Gage are improvements to Suh/Brown
Who is the best qb now. Aaron you give but you save a lots. All of them took it as a grant. Adagio maybe. Basic coordination, but every body has a mind of game not a feet on stuff. Commissioner is on accounting computation pretty headache. Mahomes very popular now, school is needed for a hook on sea level.
