Tamron 28-75 f2.8 for Sony E review + Sample Images (Sony A7 III) 

Interesting review but why was EVERY photo shot at f2.8? I hardly ever use maximum aperture unless the light is poor. Lenses do not give their best performance at full aperture. Usually the best quality can be found between f5.6 and f8. It would have been nice to see some photos taken at smaller apertures.

At last a real review with good sample images I will now be buying this lens. Nice and sharp and the lens is good too. Thank you

Great Video Tony, I would love to see a comparison of the Sigma 50mm Art, Sony 50mm 1.8, and maybe the Zeiss or Rokkinon/Samyang. I think that showing your sample photos full screen with info overlayed would be best for us to see the quality. Thanks again (Liked)

Thanks Tony ( and thanks also to your lovely model!) I am still on the fence about this lens. Every review I have looked at the colours look strange to me , especially the green tones which seem to veer to yellow. What do think of the colours ( straight out of camera before post) compared to a Sony lens on the A7iii ? I would be interested in your thoughts. It was quiet that day you were down at Harbourfront!

I ended up going for the 24-70 2.8GM instead of tamron purely because it's my paid job lens 😂
