It is not intended to be a tutorial (also because I am not capable of it), but only a simple calibration example, to help those who want to use this configuration:

GIMBAL DJI RS3
All tested at a wedding, with no vibrations and with a maximum focal length of 80mm.
The gimbal mode used is NORMAL and not SUPERSMOOTH because I have never gone beyond the 80mm focal length, with autotune values:
TILT = 68
ROLL = 46
PAN = 72
The axes are mechanically calibrated as follows:
TILT = 2
ROLL = 0.4
PAN = 0.9
Lens calibrated at 35mm, sony A7IV without eyepiece, quick release plate mounted directly on smallrig cage and calibrated on gimbal at 1.8
