Great reel I’ve caught lots of fish with mine smooth drag hold a good amount of line the brake system works well I’ve even used it in saltwater washing it immediately after use and I’ve had no issues
Nice reel, please can you make a video " how to clean the reel every time after fishing in Saltwater conditions. Like rinsing with fresh water in a propper way etc. Thanks
What do you do if the battery dies or the power gets disconnected while you are fishing and your sinker is on the bottom of the ocean ? When you plug it back in, or replace the battery. the display resets back to and moving the lever won't bring it back up. There has to be an option of power winding your sinker back up rather than having to manually wind it up by hand.
Can't get the reel to wind past zero....critical when retrieving sailfish kites. The old 1000's did it by hitting reset. These lock up and won't do anything
@@DaiwaAustralia It does say on the Daiwa Tanacom 1200 webpage and I quote "To that end, you’ll find an easy-to-read LED dot screen and sealed electronics package with selectable languages to prompt you through power assist settings and procedures including automatic stop and jigging features."
@@spiro4733 As mentioned before Tanacom 1200 does not have a jigging feature. daiwafishing.com.au/products/22-tanacom-1200 The Tanacom 500, 750, 1000 all have a jigging feature.
