Recipe
∙ 2 Whole chickens
Chicken marinade
∙ 1 cup Plain yoghurt
∙ 2 tablespoons Honey
∙ ¼ cup Chilli oil
∙ 1 tablespoon Paprika
∙ 1 tablespoon Atchar masala
∙ 1 tablespoon Cayenne
∙ 2 teaspoons Onion powder
∙ 2 teaspoons Garlic powder
∙ 2 teaspoons Cumin
∙ 2 teaspoons Ginger
∙ 2 teaspoons Coriander
∙ Salt & pepper to taste
Flatbread
∙ 1 cup Water
∙ 1 cup Milk
∙ 5 tablespoons oil
∙ 10 grams Instant dry yeast
∙ 1 tablespoon sugar
∙ 4 cups Cake flour
∙ ½ tablespoon Salt
