In this video, we will make Soya Chaap Tikka Recipe, in tandoori style without using tandoor or oven. This street style tandoori chaap sticks are easy to make, and super delicious, soft and juicy.

Dahi 6 tbsp
Chat masala ½ tsp
Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
Black Salt - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - ½ tsp
Salt
Garam masala ½ tsp
Pudina Powder - 1 tsp
Black Pepper - ½ tsp
Butter - 2tbsp melted
Haldi - ½ tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili 0 1 tsp
Color - one pinch (optional)
Chaap - 9
Cream - 2 tbsp
Butter- 3 tbsp (to baste)
Onion - 1
Coriander - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice ½ tsp
Green chili - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - ½ tsp
Chat masala - ½ tsp
Garam masala - ¼ tsp
Cream / malai - 1 tbsp
Melted butter 3-4 tbsp

Today made the soya with your recipe..... it turned out amazing. But I had just put green chillies, coriander leaves & 3-4 drops of butter. My family appreciated it a lot. Thank you for sharing.

You can marinate soya chaap with any ingredient of your choice. You never know when you invent a new flavour. I personally marinate first with green chilli chutney with vinegar and then with tandoori marinade. But you should fry the chaap after cutting because raw maida and soyabean creates digestion issues. Also frying helps with absorption of marinade.
