I’m glad someone else has discovered how awesome Tandorio watches are. I bought one last year because of the specs and the price. Now I’m addicted. I’ve purchased at least seven more since then, and I’m amazed at the quality and specs of all of the ones I own. They’ve made excellent additions to my ever-growing watch collection. They’re nicer than my Seikos as well. Better specs and a Seiko heart. Why would I keep buying Seiko all the time? I still do, but I’m much more selective and smart about those purchases. Thanks for the video…👍🏼
I bought the fifty fathoms version from this brand. I said I paid seventy three dollars. It's the cheapest watch I own I only bought it for styling. That being said it's holding up. The loom is crap it doesn't stay lit for a while. One big thing that I noticed is that they all have a similar casing and a different rotator bezel. The rotator bezzle has quite a bit of play. It's not the best quality but it keeps good time so far. I mainly buy swiss movements so this was outside of my comfort zone. I guess only time will tell.
Just received my tandorio skx looky likey and it’s an amazing looking watch same movement as the seiko and all lines up including the bezel and bezel movement all for £45 minus taxes in the sale .. tandorio are on it … excellent watch not my last .. great review.
I got a nice one 3 years ago bought a new one and it was defective ,single problem you could have even the dial was crooked and the indeces are putrid green my old one is perfect i just wanted day date
I have the oo7 clone it was seventy bucks I am getting another one .they even have the whole new seiko line and colors but 200m and sapphire for half the price.
You aren't really articulating what you like about these watches. When you say they are as good as the original it doesn't seem like you have owned the originals so it's hard to believe you know what you are talking about. What exactly do you like about the P5000 movement?
Tandorio, Pagani, Cadisen, Addiesdive all offer good budget pieces. It's crazy how they can offer such decent spec for bargain prices, as long as we realise that there will be a slight trade-off occasionally, poor lume, average bracelet etc. Enjoy your collection sir
Yes, I mostly wear my cheaper watches to work, I work night shift and usually wear a nice watch during the day and swap to a cheaper one for work. I have a couple cheaper ones with c3 lume, think they are hemdaller if I remember right.
Heimdallr SKX007 - that is much better than the original Seiko SKX. 10/10. Also Seestern Gen2 (Second Edition) Monster is really great watch. The Seiko Monster as it should be.
Cool collection. They are great watches for everyday use. The only thing I would say from experience is, do not go into the water with them. Other than that they are fine. My very first one fogged up inside when in a severe rain storm....in Scotland they are frequent of course but it was ok when left to dry but I think 30m WR is how I would personally rate them....but I still love them and buy them :)
I end up taking them apart and upgrading them anyway. I go and put some good silicone on the gaskets and double check everything. Havent had an issue yet, but im sure i will at some point. when that happens i am the warrantee.@@bluecollarwatches7048
My entire knowledge of this brand solely comes from your videos. That collection is decent. Good choice to change the band in the first one. It looks ace. For me, the mop dial is the stand out. And the prices are insane!
This is absolutely a budget AliExpress brand, but bang for buck they are outstanding ! My cheaper watches is what I wear to work, so I have a need for budget watches.
It's a no brainer to always buy seiko nh movements, they last forever, everyone can work on them. I've purchased a chinese watch with a pt5000 movement and it failed within 48 hours. NH is the only way to go !
Hello, i bought a turtle one, titanium with white shell sterile. I just change the bracelet with a seiko one. I like it. It will replace a SKX007. I recommend it. 4 time less expensive than similar seiko without titanium, cristal...
I bought a Tandorio monster, the bezel is misaligned but it’s 6x cheaper and I have a real seiko monster, I did a video comparing the two. For the money these Tandorio watches are excellent and that Tandorio monster is the first of their watches I found any issues with. I really like this brand, heck my real seiko monster doesn’t have sapphire but the Tandorio does.
I have the Tandorio Red Wine diver with the PT5000, I love it. This brand gets slammed because of the One video where a RU-vidr showed a Tandorio fail a water test. There have been a few others where they passed but people keep the one video of it failing. Mine has held strong and I have had no issues. On a side note, I have the Heimdallr SKX with the Yellow Dial. I do like your Orange Dial Tandorio.
As long as you keep it very far away from the water, they're ok. No, it's not 200 m water resistant. Mine came with no rubber o-ring on the crow/stem. Just a single hand washing and water got in.
Thanks for the review. I've only recently discovered your channel and I'm enjoying it. I've subscribed of course! By the way I'm a big fan of Chinese watches. People need to do their homework before buying which is where channels like you come in:).
🇫🇷 tandorio "skx013" clones could be found at 50 Euros for NH35, and 65 Euros for NH34 (GMT) i have 4 skx013 clones from this brands : 3 NH35 and one NH34 - all could be open with the 3/6 points classical opener (and not the 29.5 rolex like) 👍 i must admit i had No problems with them : just small regulation cos i'm a perfectionist, but at +20s/day in the worst case, it's already not that bad in term of calibration 👑. 🛠 i buy non working watches to repair them, but at that price ... i had to reduce nh35 watches to less than 20 Euros and nh34 to less than 30 Euros : unfortunately people are less interested, since they are selling me more non-working Seagull 1963 (and clones) ST19 chronographs ...
Best regards. I have a lot of watches from this brand and they all go very well. I like its finishes and materials. For me they are very good and not only because of their price. All with NH35. My favorite is the 62mas and the first one in your video to the one you have put a steel strap on. I don't have any with the PT5000. I recommend them too, excellent purchase
I have two heimdallr skx - no any wr problems ever. Maybe it is Tandorio issue? Although Seestern Gen2 Monster had similar wr issues in the past and it was fixed shortly after being detected by customers.
I wonder if you could team up with another RU-vid Channel: "bigstackD Casting" Basically, send all of your "trash" watches there and watch BigStack do his magic.
For what they cost it’s a lot of watch, and I don’t trust the water rating on any of my AliExpress watches anyway and who really dives with a watch anyway ?
I have a couple Tandorios, a big 47 mm one with the pt5000 movement and its crown is over 10 mm in diameter. It fits perfectly on the wrist and is comfortable to use. The other Tandorio I have is the MOP Willard watch that you have. I adore the iridescent dial and it looks amazing in the sun.
The orange is a skx homage and the sieko skx is 1000 dollars right now. You can buy a sieko 5 desk diver but its not water proof i have been looking at the new titanium tandorio but it only comes on a rubber band but i want titanium. The hands and dial are easy to change out if you want better lume...
I wish I could remember this RU-vidr’s name, he takes one of these Tandorio watches and puts a seiko dial/hands on. These are an inexpensive platform to start modding with.
i am gonna buy the tandorio monster on 11.11. 65 bucks for the orange one is a steal. can you maybe link that 5 watches from ali which one has the 11.11. sale?
They have Sapphire crystals, that beats Seiko right there. Seiko used to be a good value. Not anymore. Most of their watches don't even have sapphire crystals, whereas many other less expensive brands have the Seiko movement.
@bluecollarwatches7048 It's too bad, Seiko is going to lose a lot of it's core customer base, I believe. There are so many other brands that use the Seiko N35 movement and offer better value.
I wore my Tandorio bronze pilot for two weeks in St. John,s VI. Spent hours snorkeling with it on my wrist everyday to depths up to 40 feet without a worry. Watch was water tight, patinated to a beautiful aged bronze color in only one day. It is now over 2 years old and runs gains 1 sec / day.
A great amount of these watches all come out of the same factory, this brand all they do is change the dial and handset but they all have the same case and movement and crystal. I had a worker message me and they assemble the San Martin watches in this factory, it all comes down to the quality of parts used in the assembly process.
