@@JohnnyJohn116 nearly 55 years or so ? Their 1st was in '69 , 15 years before the film. As we used to say " Something else and far out." and they still are . Pete
Still my fav on the new album, but there are many treasures to be discovered there! Thanks PROPHET V for this!! As always, Excellent video content. I know in my heart Edgar Froese would be proud of TD right now! :)
Este ermoso Tema se aserca un poco aquel fondo musical del documental el Hombre y su historia lde las primeras filmicas del espacio en blanco y negro eso por alla de los años 69 del apolo 11 y el spunik.buen tema. mucha gracias.
I find your video very successful. Because the song makes you daydream. That's what happened to me with your video. With 256 characters/tones that we humans already produce, we could, to put it exaggeratedly, create much more than successful 8-bit songs. Or in other words. What is already possible with your mental depth of color in this video 👍. But what would work with 256 colors in the sense of " more than just yes and no as a byte character .... You can also detach yourself from the colorful ball and see what other answers are behind it But that's still a daydream, so back and stand with both feet on the ground again. But black and white are part of my daydream and that means I always have to go past the moon first. I've been staring up at it for as long as I can remember ;)!
TBH, I had stopped following TD after they had become more pop in the late '80s, early '90s. It's good to hear they're back to more progressive ambient synth stuff. I must say I'm quite surprised that the band is still going on after Edgar Froese's death.
It's even a little Krautrock left in this song. That's why I like it. Ash Ra Tempel meets modern ambient! Pluckering sequences, synth carpets, well yes, that ain't bad at all. But I don't like every track. Maybe tomorrow! It's a good album though. Still!
