"Now days they just let the computers play most of the notes". "They don't give [Hoshiko] anything to do." "Would Edgar approve?" 1) Show me an electronic band that doesn't do some automation these days; 2) Hoshiko does plenty--watch some of TD's improvisations from these shows; 3) Edgar Froese put TD in the hands of Quaeschning prior to his death, so the band goes on in its own way. I get that people will say TD died with Froese, but there's absolutely no reason why it couldn't continue, and it does with Edgar's blessing--because he designed it this way.

Granted I'm not old enough to have followed this band since the beginning, but I like the idea of it being a music project that continues to evolve and doesn't end when a member dies. I understand Edgar was the one continuous member, but it's cool that the band lives on.

I just love the way that everybody in the "band" makes it look like they are doing something but even if they were doing absolutely nothing except hit the play button, it would make absolutely NO difference.

It's been almost 50 years since they played 'Kosmische Musik'. They were booed off the stage when they did. Now days they just let the computers play most of the notes.
