We were invited to Tangting as soon as we arrived in Sikles. After a few days of rest, we bid goodbye to Maila Dai and Sikles and headed to Tangting. We rested a couple of more days at Bhupal Dai's Annapurna Cottage and Tented House in Tangting. During our stay, we were accompanied by Ward Chairperson Eakjung Gurung, and got to know Tangting a little better.
When Bhupal Dai and Jeevan got back from Pokhara, we set out on our next destination, Krapu Dada, the top of Tangting and many nearby villages including ones from Lamjung. It was an easy hike of around 4 hours, and we stayed in Krapu Dada area for 4 days, waiting for the weather to open up. We were well prepared and had a great time despite the bad weather, all thanks to our traveling companions.
