About the voiceover content, I think it would work best if you did it for the jungle since that's (probably) your best role, and I'm kinda biased as a jungler myself :P. But I would 100% watch that

The reason why you fire her e sideways is because of a weird Caitlyn thing. Her net actually has a small channel. It fires in the direction of your cursor after the channel, opposed to immediately when you press e. So you either have to keep your cursor in the direction you want to fire in for a little bit, or you move your cursor there a split second after you press your e.

Sion Q will hit even if it touches the edge of your hitbox, so it definitely hit. The Q hitbox is very deceptive, specially the part at the front

Ironically enough.. I was the one invented this .. build.. but originally, nb3, try it with jhin .. build sundered sky for the crit, then titanic to reset.. aa, then go IE, then full crit items.. with fleet rune.. trust me.. u can adc.. but i go mid
