@@flashstudiosguy that’s very true, Lynch was just plain dumb. I loved this episode I remember watching it with my dad and we laughed at the damage the mp’s did on their own. Plus the range of that remote control for the record player was insane it really defied logic.

Looks like a m24. With some prop longer barrell gun. Like a walker bulldog gun.

I think so. The back of a Chaffee's turret is a lot shorter than the bulldog, and it has a built on extension too, along with the extended barrel.

Barrel is probably a fake that fires smoke shells or something. While driving it seemed to shake a lot, maybe made from something lightweight.

My simpel guess is that it is supposed to be a m41 walkerbuldog. thats why the put in a dummy gun for the film

@@super1daan So they took an M24, put a 76mm gun in it and hoped the audience would think it's an M41? Why not just use an M41 then?

​@@n1thecaptain965 Not sure it actually is a 76mm. The muzzle break is totally different than the M41's. I suspect it's just a dummy sheet metal tube and break slid over the original 75 and fixed to the gun mantlet with a sheet metal box which explains the flatter, thicker appearance it has over the M24's, and what looks like a vertical seam directly under the gun barrel. As for why not use the M41, well... probably they had an M24 available and not an M41? I think the real question is why bother with changing the appearance at all. You're not fooling anyone that would know what the tank is by altering the appearance, and you don't need to even bother for anyone that wouldn't know.

@@Celebmacil it does look a bit like the WW2 76mm used on the M18 hellcat for example. I do agree that changing the appearance is kind dumb

It was the Army base's guest house where he was staying. Decker got into SO much trouble for that one.

Depending on which country and which decade you are talking about, a tank was classified as "light, medium or heavy" depending on the main gun's caliber, the weight of the tank or the purpose of the tank; i.e. reconnaissance, infantry support, tank on tank gunnery, etc.

Maybe it's a M24 chaffee look at the hull of the tank
