Yes. People say the most asinine things just because they don't want to be in the wrong. Like, "your hog is terrible" ...then that makes them WORSE than terrible.
Dps debuff needs to be based off dmg per shot/speed off fire rate hanzo and widowmaker apply the full 20% per full charge and only 5% that eventually stacks to 20% with uncharged or low charged shots. Full auto or spread shots like shotguns should apply 1 or 2% per bullet or pellet that hits the target.
"your hog is terrible" lol! i had a similar moment yesterday playing pharah. was absolutely destroying their team myself, went like 31-4 and still ended up losing somehow. But 1 guy on the other team who was like 11-7 tells me that "i suck, im a shitty pharah and EZ" lol. People just say shit cause theyre mad. And its usually not even the person with the most kills on the other team to say something

@@ML69OW Ask any pro or high rank player. The only way you get any value with that bad of an ult is you go for the trade (kill one and die) or you spend all your team resources (nano, bubble, whatever) and expect a wipe which is unrealistic and you never want to commit that many resources on a gamble.
@@ML69OW you can't just use phrah ult for the sake of using it. Even if you solo ult someone any number of things can go wrong and you could just die for no reason. The only place Pharah ult is good is in silver or lower which is where I assume you are if you think that ability is anything other than a bottom 3 ultimate.
