I came across this by accident. To me its such a great analogy to God singing to us. He gives us the free will to love Him. And He can't make us love Him but just like Tank was by that car and saw Keisha Pulliam-Knight coming towards him, God is waiting for our decision to turn back to him...and He is so ready to embrace us. Before I knew the agape love of Christ I didn't understand how to appropriately engage in the other types of love. And now with God I am functional as a wife, mother, and sister.

I listen to this song almost everyday. I was in a ten year relationship and married to her for the last four years. When women get tired, they actually get tired. I just never thought I would go thru so much hurt and didn't kno I would have so much love for a woman because I was HARD, but that changed when she told me she was seeing someone else. It broke my heart and it took over a year to heal. God does things for reasons. Although we hear this a lot and don't wanna accept the fact because of the love we have, but love hurts and it also makes u grow. She's moved on and so have I . She's with another guy and has a baby on the way and that's just fine with me. I'm saying to say this. But I've resolved that just because it has not happened for me the way I would have liked it to, does not mean that it doesn't exist. What I do know is that it is a blessing to have when and if we find it. I've known of some couples that have been together 50+ years, so I know that true love and the longevity of it really does exist. Keep your head up. My parents, my brothers and their wives, my sister and her husband and even my son and his wife, have all found longevity in their marriages. There is a common denominator for them all. and that is they chose there mates for other reasons than the ones I've listed below. I'm guilty of choosing the wrong person for the wrong reason, so I am in no-way trying to judge. Unfortunately, as men and women we have a tendency to reach for the shallow (looks, money, image, lust good sex and for some, the fear of being without a mate.) all those things are fleeting because whenever they are weigh against the strength it takes to be committed to a thing, none of those are able to stand the test of time. When we chose wrong we wont have the relationship long. We changed God didn't. Oftentimes our view and feelings about a thing is a result of what we have or have not experienced so it is easier to believe that it no longer exist because the only other option is harder to accept.

I am the girl who came everyday for months for weeks for years. Even though i know he doesnt love me the way i do. Cause i believe that someday he'd see, that my love is true and that im the only girl who would went through all the kind of pains he gave me and the messes he put me in, who would listen to his lie forever. I did all those things but isnt it the saddest thing to say? That your best is never enough to someone like him. I know he looks further to prettier women, smarter women, and else. So im giving this up. Cause i've tried my best, and still cant make him love me. Nobody in this world that belong to us, its just our turn. So here i am. Even its the hardest to do.

I recently within the last 3 months came out of a 12 year relationship that I put my heart and soul into. She told me in March that just passed that she is no longer in love with me for the fact that I worked 3rd shift for the last 9 years (something that we both agreed to for the fact that we would save on child care). She said she was lonely at night and reached out to an ex of hers. I never felt pain like that and hope and pray that I never feel it again. We promised to remain best friends and still are but I find myself still trying to get over the love I felt for her. Women are not the only ones to get hurt, I guess that is the point I am trying to make! I take everyday one day at a time, that's all I can do. I find myself getting closer to being ready to try dating again, but it is a scary process, not being single for so long! This song is therapy for me, I love it and refuse to give up on love. Joseph Johnson My son...who was a late bloomer...met a young woman & had a child by her. Having no other children he wanted to be the best for her & his son. He left our home in Oklahoma to join her in Florida. After about six months...of their seven years relationship she decided to move from the small rural town they were living in. She sent him back home until she could get settled. When he arrived home, I noticed he had all of his belongings. Being mature, I told him ...she did not expect him to return. Needless to say, he didn't believe me. Two days before his return ticket was used...she told him, that the friend he had met, which she was taking to work ...was her man...that she didn't need him & that he wouldn't get a chance to see his son. I have never seen a man hurt so bad, I watched my son break down in my front yard...crying and screaming. He said, momma, I didn't think she would do this to me. and I told him, what I am going to tell you. It hurts...I know, but every day that you make it, the pain will grow weaker and you will come out of this a stronger and better man. Sometimes, we have to bite the bullet until we are stronger, and for our own good. Know, that if God has allowed her to go...that he...He has a better plan for you and a woman who will appreciate your hard work. Hold on... Hold on....

Singing Lyrics there is other ways around physical pain other than death but mental abuse is harder to get by it can stay for years figuratively, if you stub your toe or get cut it scars and the pain is gone in a few days to a week tops some people edont recover from mental abuse especially from someone you love and put all your time and energy on
