It's at least using hail of blades, perhaps ingenious hunter to combo with his actives, it's that or unrelenting. Then eyeball hunter. I can only assume the second tree if he's going tank is either attack speed, tenacity then either triumph or coupe de grace. Though if he's going blue tree, most Shacos go absolute focus and gathering storm, I presume with this build it'd be at least the celerity since absolute focus will be not as good. Then gathering storm. Then runes, as and dmg for clear, then either flat hp or tenacity, tho scaling would probably help with later levels, it doesn't seem he's running that though as his hp at lvl 4 is standard hp for an ad shaco. One could assume from this deduction he might actually be using regular Shaco Runes with minor adjustments. Hope this helped.
