Manitoba fishing is world class! Fish like that are possible here in NW Ontario but your fish of the year is our fish of a lifetime, your fish of the day is our fish of the year here lol.
@kenandtrishoutdoors oh I know it lol. My wife is from The Pas so I visit and fish Manitoba often. It's so much better in MB than in Ontario. There are better regulations and Manitobans are more conservation minded and practice safe handling. In Ontario there is no selective harvest, everyone fishes for keeps.
