o' old good days when the server restart and everybody play with the new turret. they don't care about its m1,m2 or m3 they just try the new turret. these days the *early acces for buyers only* ruin our battles
Yep, specially when I don't have a PC or laptop so I'm stuck on mobile and came back for the first tim in like 2 years or so...I can't drive cuz it looks like I've been chugging down 5 Jack Daniel's and then ppl spam this turret out...even a firebird is problems for me to kill and I use twins. That shows how long I've been gone but I'm gonna play more now and HOPEFULLY...I get decent again, I'm a slowlearner tho so I might suck for like a month maybe
Problem is when you are trying to lock the target, your team mate will push you or block you. By the time you lock it successfully, someone will come and blow you off. This happens many times.
4:03 Master Of Parkour Scorpion is kind of like a mini-juggernaut without the fast high-HP hull. The arcade shot has a punch, but reloads longer than Thunder by about a 1-to-3 ratio. Default rockets is easy to dodge, they are unable to hit moving targets once launched. The Wolfpack augment works best in open maps like Desert and Brest because the vertical shots almost arc immediately towards the target. The Explosive Warheads is not as accurate but it is almost like a rain of Magnum shots, splash and all. (I just used it in Osa TJR by staying on the edge of the map [my team had the lower side] and it is definitely a Juggernaut ambush hunter). Explosive shells makes the arcade shot more like Thunder. Personally, I prefer the default arcade shot as the acceleration is faster than a Smoky shot (almost instantly hitting the target). I like it. But this turret is not as OP as Helios.
I played with Potent after server restart and he also used it, I think it is not good for maps were you can hide inside buildings or on small maps, this turret is better for open, and bigger maps.
I haven’t been playin, but many people say it isn’t as fun playing like it used to be. What do they have to do to make it like it was years ago? I think they should bring the classic Madness map back and also allow players to use the classic menu style from years ago.
I took a break for like...1 or 2 years, came back today and almost everyone uses the scorpion and I had no idea what it was but it scared me half to death the firat time it killed me and when I saw the rockets for the first time I just wondered "what on earth is that thing?!" Looked it up on wiki and just had to watch it on yt cuz this turret is mental
One other thing...how the hell are you getting Arcade accuracy up that close? Is there some trick to it? I've fired on many at that distance and it routinely overshoots. I've tried experimenting with it but no luck at that distance. I saw below that some claimed Arcade won't hit moving targets....that's dead wrong. I rely on that for the majority of kills. The only time I miss is if there's a structure nearby to provide some cover from the incoming angle of the rockets. Otherwise the rockets chase their ass for a considerable distance.
@@Taspens Thanks for the reply man....but the rocket target acquisition lock is the same for mouse and keyboard. I'll try it again with mouse for the hell of it. As I watched your kill I'm like WTF...lol. Mine would have landed halfway down the castle wall.
@@Taspens Ok, thank you. Still learning about all them in Tanki. Till yesterday I didn't know that Scorpion turret comes from the normal chest 😅. I was wonder how to get it and did Google a lot. 😅
Looks great but its gonna be a problem in the future. And they should probably add a sound effect to anyone whos getting locked on, kinda like when a mk2 locks on your hellicopter in GTA you hear a sound effect. if they don't add that its gonna be a problem.
