All the best to you Tao, I reckon I watched practically every stage of the Giro this year, what a race man, your win was the icing on the cake. I mean all those stage wins, super power rides on the climbs and the final time trial. It has to be said that Every rider in this years Giro is a hero, the race was brutal, but you and your team mates smashed it.... it was a pure demonstration of what happens when Dreams, Guts and determination team-up with a super professional British run outfit, never surrendering in the face of poor old G’s sad exit, it was proper “improvise Adapt and overcome” stuff. and a bit of Italian style... again, well done to you and the team. Fingers crossed for a proper season next year. Crack on Tao.
Oh yes! To win a 3weeks long Grand Tour is like going through all sorts of battles, enduring the adversities and unexpected events like falls, tyres punctures, attacks from the other competitors, and come out of it every single day with some energy left for the next day. And 3 weeks must feel like never ending. To win and to finish any of the 3 grand tours I think is the highest cycling achievement. Urrah for Tao!!!! 👏 👏 👏 👏
Was the best conclusion to the best giro. For Tao to hang in there on his own and fight for contention and then the team rally round him and fight, and subsequently destroy their rivals it was magnificent

I'm definitely being stupid, but why is this a big deal for him, is this the bike he won the giro on or is it just a pink "celebratory" version of his winning bike? Surely he has this identical bike for training, sans the paint job maybe?
