@ Shahid. I have a 2010 and I changed the engine oil after 25,000 miles . there are TWO major concerns with this moped. the exhaust and the seat bucket which causes the panel clips to break. First loosen the exhaust bolt at the swingarm if you need to, use a washer to shim it, do NOT force the exhaust pipe to move towards the swingarm the mount will break. Second remove the seat bucket and on the crossbar that the forward/bottom /under the seat bucket not the rear where the gas filler cap is gas tank mounts to, place a piece of 1/2" or 3/4" strip of plywood about an inch wide and 7 inches long and tie it above the crossbar. this will keep the plastic from breaking due to pressure from you sitting on it . do not waste $100 on a panel, just use a bungee cord . Also you might want to replace all of the hoses. I used a hose from my toilet tank to replace a rotted air line hose. . mine cost $650 USD NIB _ I ride mine every month even in snow and rain. these 3 problems are the only ones I have had and they are very easy to fix _ mine has the flat blade wheels not the ones in the video and I put a MAXXIS 6024 120/70-12 tire on back for offroad riding _

@butchtropic no worries, the first one was sacrificial. it has a twin with 3000+ miles on it, changed to Pennzoil before i rode it, changed the oil after 500 miles and 1500 and 3000 . The second one is for a different review . and the first one now will be used to make trails in the woods and that off-road tire will get its use . BTW i DID change the oil several times since the 25,000 mile oil with Quaker State 10w40 and 10w30 every 1500 milesso i doubt there is much mud n the crankcase and after the initial 25,000 miles and at a cost of less than 2 cents per mile , it doesn't owe me anything , and if t does konk out, i can use the tire on the second one so no loss there either .

@butchtropic actually it is not bad , i have it setting in a clear bottle and it is about 10w40 in consistency . i cannot honestly begin selling these scooters unless i feel they are a good machine , there are a couple common defects that i can easily and quickly remedy inexpensively . the two major defects are the exhaust mount and the side panel clips , these are easy to fix by ziptieing a piece of osb board under the seat and loosening the lower rear exhaust bracket and shimming not straining it into position. believe i will begin by ordering one shipping crate to distribute. not everyone who buys these things changes the oil , now know that even f run without any oil at all they still run , yes i ran one dry to again test to destruction. it is not a car so don't wreck it into a concrete barrier, do you think GMC was crazy to do that to test airbags in 1958 ? . i want to sell a safe dependable product that even if the owner doesn't regularly service it, t will still be a good investment .
