Thanks for the video, great topic and discussion. I can see some of my hardness. Love the softness of humility, holds so much power if not all. The egoic constructs are built on such brittle perches, the hardness, inauthentic false self.

I read tao te ching some 15 years ago, and 3 years ago, annotated by Wayne Dyer. I accept his insights going to Yin wisdom, however, we still need to be strong, with courage, drive, determination, alert, critical thinking, physical exercise, stamina, healthy strong Yang energy to survive in today's world of chaos, deceptions, and fear games.
