I read somewhere that overseas players are sponsored by their governments, encouraged to play, financed, and I think that is a great idea. In the UK there are literally thousands of top amateurs who would wipe the floor with these female players, sadly they will never be given the opportunity. I have always considered Evans to be very mediocre, lets be honest, she is the result of Hearns attempt at opening the game up to females, she has earned very little on merit alone. Bai looks to me to be the best of the female players, by some margin, I wish her the best.
What do you expect? They are not professional, they have a daily job like everyone. If u want to compete on top level you need minimum 5-8 hours practice a day which is simply not possible if you have a fulltime job and kids (Reanne).
Her job IS snooker, she's on the world tour and women's tour, she doesn't have a 9 to 5 job and her "kids" You mention, is just one grown up 18 year old daughter. If she ISN'T doing at least 3 hours practice per day, she doesn't deserve to be a professional snooker player
