Her forte timed counter is considered basic atk. Pair her with sanhwa to get basic atk deepen, Taoqi also give sanhwa resonance skill deepen, wich is sanhwa forte ice burst considered as resonance skill.
Taoqi+Danjin is actually a pretty damn good pair Taoqi for being immortal healer and shielder+Good buff while Danjin for debuff+Buff and dealing dmg and ofc Vurina for overall support. If you have both at C6 then you can have pretty damn decent comfy team, they might not be top tier meta but they are still hella fun. Sadly I have to put Taoqi in the back burner for now cuz I'm still investing in a lot of other chara but I love using her in the Dream event and definitely gonna build her once I got enough spare resource
Great to see someone is using Taoqi not just for making booba jokes. My Taoqi is less invested than in this video, but she still carried me through all lvl IV Holograms. Hope I'll also get over 3K DEF someday :D
@@KABLAMMATS I got 6 yuanwu (he's max now), 3 aalto, 2 yinlin, but only 1 taoqi 😭 this banner trolls me But something interesting is, yuanwu damage is also scaled by def too, so i do want to build him too
@@noupoYuanwu is great! I have him C5. Built fully on defense, plus turtle bell echo ability, he's an absolute DPS tank. Can (while under leveled) solo many bosses
Not sure how much it matters to you, but try testing her with full attack build. The reason being is her basic attacks have higher damage and scaling with attack than her timed counters with defense. Taoqi also has the strongest heavy attack in the game so far, even compared to existing five stars. Taoqi has the added benefit of getting an additional aoe attack and dmg reduction if shes hit during the windup. I'm able to do 5-6k basics pretty consistently with a bit of crit and up to 10k+ with her 4th basic attack and heavy. I'm using r4 verdant summon though which when used right can give her +84% on her already good heavy attack. Her timed counters and liberation comes down a bit, but because she has so much base defense, she still hits big numbers with both. As the defense she gets per character level is so much higher than what attack scalers get, she can still easily hit 3.5k defense, which you have here, as our union level increases. The goal then is to maintain the same damage youre showing here with her timed counters, while adding similar numbers from her basics but particularly mini-nuking with her B4 and normal heavy. This has been my experience so far at least. My build is Crd wep (verdant summon), CR cost 4, havoc dmg cost 3 x2, atk% cost 1 x2 - on the havoc set. Sorry for long post, but hope this helps a bit. Cheers!
@@phongphamthanh5911 It's not wasted. Do you see how much DMG he did here? You would still do at least that much bc her defense would still be over 3k regardless of how you build her. Unfortunately, Wuwa spiked her by making her attack scaling 2x better than her defense scaling DESPITE most her kit scaling with defense. We have to work around what Kuro gave us.
@@NonstopNoah her base def is like ~ x3 her base atk, so even if her atk scale is better, it still gonna lose. And no, you wont get over 3k def without 50% def from her weapon as well as echo
@@phongphamthanh5911 At max character and skill level, Taoqi's is doing 86+110+145 def scaling timed counter combo. Compare that to her doing 90+84+111+270 attack scaling normal combo. You would have to have more than double the defense of your attack to make up the difference. It's not even close. To maximize her damage, you would not aim for 4k defense, 1k attack. You would try to split the difference and go for 3k defense and 2k attack because over a rotation, you would do more overall damage. That's just the way numbers work.
considering you have her s4, you really should try to counter before using her liberation. It gives you 50% def bonus, and since her liberation scales with almost 300% of your defense, it's a big incrase.
This is the most big brained gameplay I have seen in Wuwa so far. Verina charges the concerto so much that Taoqi can basically perma intro shield. I wanna try this😂 Great gameplay my guy. Edit: Also 25k Ult Taoqi. That is Rover havoc numbers😂.
ehhhh Rover Havoc is kinda cracked. I hit 88k with Jianxin outro today and 78k with Danjin. Resonance skill alone with Danjin Outro hits 22-26k depending on if in Forte or not. It's good for Taoqi, though. Highest I've seen.
@@adriherrera6852 Skill Damage Deepen outro, basically. She'll end up falling more into subdps role than Support, though. You'll still want to run a Moonlit set on Taoqi and a Healing Waves set on a support, since Taoqi can't heal teammates, only shield. You'll end up with either Changli/Taoqi/Verina or Baizhi for most ideal teams. Changli does a massive amount of Skill Damage throughout her kit (Jinhsi, too). She procs "True Sight" at the end of her Ground and Air chains, and her Heavy & Plunge attacks skip her first two attacks in the chain. True Sight is based of Resonance Skill damage, and has Three different attacks, Capture, Conquest, and Charge. Each one comes off a different source, Skill, Ground basics, Air basics. So you have *four* Skill damage procs through your main damage combos. Her Forte is also based on Resonance Skill damage, which gains stacks for use from using True Sight attacks. Also, her Intro Skill scales off of Skill Damage and grants True Sight. So yeah It's a lot of fucking Skill damage LOL. On Intro, you'll end up doing something like this Intro -> (midair) True Sight: Charge -> Plunge -> Basic3 -> Basic4 -> True Sight: Conquest -> Skill -> True Sight: Capture -> Plunge -> Basic3 -> Basic4 -> True Sight: Conquest -> Forte. In the above combo, you have SEVEN instances of Resonance Skill damage and this combo still holds onto a Skill Charge since she holds 2 uses on a 12s cooldown per stack. There are only 6 instances of basic attack damage here. And Taoqi gives a 38% damage deepen to skills, providing a MASSIVE buff to more than half of this chain. STACKED.
well challenge 4 is still pretty ok to do XD but i can't seem to go that high with her def, i still have just 2850 or so. gotta get all my echoes 25 crit crit damage and def tho.. gonna take a while.
That’s good asf nice taoqi, I find also mixing a couple things on her are also good aswell critdmg/havocdmg/def/def/def with rolls of heavy atk dmg and resonance liberation , verdant, 55/240, was able to do 340K with her on the new event and in normal world bosses 75K
@@WastedTalent83 she crits and yup got some good echos for her nice rolls with crit rate crit damage and liberation damage my build actually has changed now since I been farming it’s at 64/255 can squeeze a little more cuz her weapon is at lv70 so maybe be around 265 at max lvl
@@kurumii3022 lol 64&255 is a very good rate, i can get that much only on my 5 stars because of their weapons. hope i can get some better luck with rolls later on.
if you realize the mechanics of wuwa late game (lv 40 UL+), building a tank characters that can scale with def and can generate a shield and can deal ok dmg is really good investment imo (especially f2p), not everyone understand that and instead just reading tier list from famous youtuber because they are lazy to learn all of the character mechanic. or tldr, just use the power of credit card :| (good taoqi showcase tho thank you !)
She seems to be really good with Changli so you probably should build her if you are planning to pull her. Then if you like the gameplay, you should build her, if not then pass. Note that this is a quickswap team despise that she is the main dps,and Verina with her quick concerto generation is the one that makes this team work bc Taoqi have a really good intro skill that allows her to shorten her rotation to deal more dmg, so you need to have Verina if you want to play like this.
