Lightweight - Masters Division - Blue Belt
This was my last match of the tournament and I felt really good afterwards despite losing. To have a 2nd place medal at my first tournament that I had been preparing for was enough for me.
My biggest takeaways is that I need to stay more relaxed so I don't gas out so hard. I am happy that I followed through on my game plan and a little upset that I got so close to the kimura but couldn't bring it home.
I'm very thankful for my opponent, I feel like it was challenging for both of us and it was a great learning experience for me.
