The only way to remove fluoride from your water is through filtering. Chlorine will evaporate over 48 hrs. Most large cities use chloramine because it doesn’t evaporate.

I use distilled white vinegar. 3-5 drops per gallon works perfectly.

Buy a tap water filter. Works good enough on chems. and minerals. Cheap and effective.

I fill a large trashcan with an inline RX filtered tap water. Then I let it sit with the lid off for another day. Ph isn't always good so I adjust that. That being said my good buddy up the street uses tap water all season and grows excellent fragrant Chronic each year. Go figure.

Chloramines will lower if you leave the water to sit or aerate but the surface area must be large like say a bathtub filled with tap has much more surface area than a milk jug and will allow many more chloramines to dissolve or dissipate and flouride must be filtered through the PROPER filter medium. And it will be lowered not fully removed

Don't forget at ppm most tap water has a ppm of 350 more so if the label on your nutes says 900ppm you have to take account of the 350 or more ppm already present in your tap water

Vitamin C powder gets rid of both chlorine and chloramine

I have to fix my ph an wait 30 minutes an it will go up about a .7 in that time so I make it 5.8-5.9 let it sit come back it’s 6.5

If your city uses chloramine for water sanitizing it's not going to evaporate out. You can filter most of it out with a filtration system that has a catalytic carbon stage.

When you grow in soil, doesn't the water automatically PH to 5.8 regardless?
