Impressive! We found strictly following the epoxy instructions to be important for a good bond (e.g. proper proportions, very well mixed, applied quickly, cured properly). The instructions vary by epoxy so never assume. If you don't know how to mix epoxy properly, there are videos and instructions to get up to speed.

Thanks Kai. I use a lot of tap cons. Surprised to see how much difference the epoxy makes.

Awesome, glad you see the value in it and the next video is very important... Also, you can buy tips for $1.00 each and use the epoxy over a few days. It comes out cheaper than buying fancy anchor sleeves.

Thank You, also thank you for an apples to apples comparison. I imagine your hole prep was per instructions, my question is, did you coat the tapcon and thread it in a "tapcon size" hole, or clearance drill and just push it into the epoxy?

Yes, I oversized hole and pushed tapcon into hole ...
