This reminds me of fair isle crochet. Fair isle crochet has floats along the back or on the wrong side.

What is the name of the app that you use?

I watched for over three minutes before Monica even got to talking about tracking her work, and at 4 minutes she had not even gotten to instructions for her technique. At 5 minutes she still was just discussing her highlighting of the project. I ended the video there and will not be going back to any of her instruction videos as too much time of filler before she got to her "point" on the technique.
