Great idea for tweaking the look of any stencil/mask and making them easier to use. Know we are going to see these pages show up in your art journal pages.

Clever idea, especially for the masks! I have done some taping around regular stencils and it's quite helpful. I prefer using your wonderful masks as masks, for they are so much fun! Keep makin' more.

Love the idea of taping up the stencils. Never thought about that. Taping the masks is another story. I love how yours turned out though! Thanks for another good video.

I love watching your videos, make it artsy and podcasts. As I watched this video I was thinking that for the masks that are too difficult to tape up, one idea to create a neat edge is to place the mask inside the aperture of a larger stencil. For example, if a circle larger than the cats face was cut from scrap paper, or cardboard etc, the cats face mask could sit inside that circle, so the outer painted shape would be a neat circle, rather than random brush strokes.

I really love the idea of taping around the stencils. But would you mind sharing how you store them (or maybe you have and I haven't seen it, heh!)? I was originally considering storing my stencils in a binder, I tend to like that best for similar supplies. But obviously, with the tape around the edges this changes being able to do that. How do you store yours? If I can't easily see what I have, I just tend to forget all my options! Thank you!
