Many thanks for sharing the knowledge with the world 🙏 I am 44. Dislocated my right shoulder around 3 months back. The joint hurts and movement is very limited currently. Need your help to suggest movements/ exercises I could do to regain mobility and strength please 🙏

You may also want to consider taking up the wonderful practice of Zhan Zhuang. It will help with inflammation on finger joints. Very good. First,take off watch :) Helps navigate the territory😊 I swim and wake up with stiff hands. This was nice to do to warm them up and get rid of stiffness from cold water.
