Excellent work. Im building a similar machine that taps holes on the side of a disk. It is loaded and unloaded by robot but very similar in working. You should be very proud of your work. I enjoy seeing your projects you upload. What brand auto drill/tapping machine do you like best. Be healthy and happy!
Hello! Nice machine, if possible try to make some changes as this are global standards, a green colour push button for start command and yellow for reseting the machine from errors.
Logan Shirey Hello Sir Sometimes the part get stuck in the indexing plate. So we need to make sure that the ejection is done so that there is no stopping of machine
@@SarbjeetSinghDevgan : You can remove both the feeder pushing the part by making the nuts going directly to the indexing plate, that is making the feeder part of the indexer( difficult to put it in words). and after the part is machined you don't need a pneumatic remover just use a spring press. Also to increase productivity, you can use a a two head or three tapping heads, so that you increase productivity by 200-300 percent.
