My grandpa would have loved this! He was in the Navy, then ran his own radio station and had a million records. He used to take me to big band dances and even in his eighties could out dance pretty much anyone there. Thank you for this tribute to veterans!
HAPPY VETERAN'S DAY! Thank you to everyone who has served our amazing country!! This video is for you, our amazing Troops- we salute you! #TappyTroops Please share with any Veteran's you know! I think it will help make today special. ENJOY EVERYONE! #TappyTroops
Fabulous. By the way - to Sam Chisnall and Beth F - I didn't start tap dancing until I was 70; yes, that's not a misprint, 70-years old. I'm 75 now and getting better every year. I've made videos of three of my routines but I'm too shy to show them so, you'll just have to take my word for it. I enjoy it hugely but, there;'s no doubt, it IS demanding. HB
Harry Brooks congratulations! I really think that's an incredible skill, not only to tap dance at your age, but to still have the passion and desire to learn new and difficult talents like that! I hope you carry on doing tap!
Magnificent!!!! You have captured the complete era of the war years dancing, costumes and even the girls hairdo's. Mr. Rice you are a genius, and the tap routines are first rate. Very enjoyable......thanks.
I want to thank you and the Broadway stars that help you make these videos. My daughter loves music and dance, she won't watch children's programming. She adores your videos that I have in a playlist with some clips of a couple of tap routines from the golden age. I think you have started a two year old on the early road to tap and the stage. You are fantastic and all of you are a joy to watch!
I live this video and I've always loved this song by the Andrews Sisters. My only criticism is that the talented ladies should be in period clothing also. But that's just me. Loved it and you are all incredible tappers !! 💐💐💃👠👠👞👞🎬🎼🎵🎹
Read the article just now about Mr. Rice in the OK Sooner Spring issue magazine, and had to look up his dancing--wonderful! Thank you for spreading joy of life and dancing! God bless your ministry.
@@ChrisAndClay I'm ahead of you - is the Debbie Reynolds one the authentic choroeography or new? I have used videos to recreate a couple of my late mentor's routines because I think it is a great way to understand someone's style
Niiiiceee. I like that you're making your choreographies more cinematographic. With your dancers coming and going out of frame seamlessly and with a purpose. #Kudos!
Great to see young people doing things with their clothes on --- unlike the rest of the entertainment garbage out there!! I hope you guys have the greatest success!!
Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!! It's so refreshing to see an uplifting, and technically great, group of performers relying on skill and talent instead of sex, shock and twerking. Bravo, please don't stop!!
Amazing video Chis and team! The footage, the choreography, and the whole production are faultless. I had the opportunity to visit the Intrepid Ship of the US Navy on my last trip to The City. You guys picked the best place in order to raise up this sort of theme.
Few friends did a dance to Boogie Woogie in our production so she sent me this and I was over joyed to see it was by you! Absolutely love this video. So cute and you're all so so talented!!
Your videos are AWESOME!! I've been tapping since I was 5, and love it. I just want you to keep going with RU-vid! SO many people LIVE for your channel. Your amazing and inspirational. ✌
Real nice work! Enjoyed that a lot. I´ve seen a couple of videos of you guys now and for me, Clay has that Tim Laughlin vibe going on. Maybe that´s just me. ;-)
Do not doubt that you are took old to take up dancing. I started at age 11 was on pointe by the time i was 17. It was something that i wish i had started even younger, but you love it no matter what. Age is not a factor in what you want to do. Go for it and don't look back
Hey Sam! You should go for it!! I know people that have started at SO many different points in life. I started late in high school... so older than 15! I think you will be great! Best of luck and maybe we'll tap together someday! You never know.
You are NEVER to old to dance!! See if a dance school near you has beginners classes! Or, TEACH YOURSELF HOW TO TAP DANCE!! Look on tutorials online and your bound to learn something! GOOD LUCKKK#
Look at all the chain tie down connections on the flight deck...I am sure it took a lot of practice in order that the girls heels didn't get caught in one.
