Hello, guis! This is Mel Rose and Welcome to my RU-vid Channel. 😸 For today’s video magluluto po tayo nang PAKSIW NA BANGUS na may TALONG. 😅😃 Hope, you’ll like it; PLEASE SUBSCRIBE! 🙏🏼
INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo - Milkfish (Bangus)
2 pieces - Eggplant (Talong)
Half size - Ginger
2 pieces - Onions
5 cloves - Garlic
2 pieces - Siling haba
1 cup - Vinegar
1 tablespoon - Patis (Fish Sauce)
Salt & Ground Pepper
HOW TO PREPARE & COOK:
•Prepare the stove or kalan and the cooking pan that you will use (remember to wash the cooking pan 🤭).
•First, put some sliced onion, garlic, and ginger to the cooking pan and scattered it.
•Then, add the sliced bangus and add the remaining onion, garlic, and ginger on top.
•Also, add the siling haba and add 1 cup of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of patis.
•Season it with pinch of salt and ground pepper for better taste. (Not too much)
•Add 1 cup of water to balance the taste of vinegar.
•Lastly, add the sliced eggplant; scattered it for good presentation hehe.😅
•Cook and let boils for 3 minutes. (You can check the taste while it’s boiling; it depends on your taste buds). 😂
•Then, SERVE it and ENJOY!
