The hike looks so beautiful. I love the golden fields and the dense forests. The volcano itself is pretty spectacular! It's MASSIVE. I love that quaint little bridge. The waterfall is spectacular. I love how it sort of appears from that lovely cliff face. I would have made the same decision and gone back. Sometimes it's best to not push ourselves to do too much. You already had a beautiful walk!
Wooow the landscape is stunning! the little rainbow at the bottom of the waterfall was so cute! That trail was so long, the snowy mountain looked stunning. Amazing editing, we love those colours!
I love trekking so I would love to recreate this path to Taranaki Falls once in my life. Beautiful sceneries of Tongariro National Park and of course the majestic Taranaki waterfall itself.
The beginning of the trail looks picturesque! That tiny lane surrounded by tall shrubs! Gorgeous. Love the picturization when you reach the falls. 4:25 is just too gorgeous! I really do want to visit Taranaki Falls!
Wow the views of the snow covered peaks on the mountains is absolutely beautiful. Stunning scenery totally worth that hike, looks like a great place to spend the day out in nature.
Oh wow the view is absolutely spectacular! Even if the weather wasn't the best :D Aldo doesn't particularly like to hike with that much heavy clothes on, while I'm the overdressed one. And I have a pom pom hat exactly like yours!!!
Haha, it is a bit hard hiking with heavy clothes on. But better to be overdressed on mountains than underdressed as we don't know how fast the weather changes.
Small rainbow at the bottom of the waterfall. I always love waterfalls and they aren't really present here so thank you for showing. Very open field walk. On what height was that? Seems the landscape that you normally see a bit higher. Even though it is more open, love the landscape.
This was a beautiful view! How long did it take for you to hike out there? What is this close to if someone was visiting from out the country (one day)?
On our pacing, it took us around 2hrs to the falls. A lot of stopover for picture and video and rest :D It is a bit of a drive if you are coming from major city like Auckland. Around 3-4hrs drive. I guess it would be possible if you leave super early.
