Double Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
• Water 1/2 cup
• Butter 150 grams (2/3 cup)
• Cocoa powder 1/2 cup (or less, as you like)
• Eggs 2, at room temperature
• Sugar 1 cup
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Salt 1/4 tsp
• Baking soda 1/2 tsp
• Plain flour 1.5 cups
• Choco chips 1 cup
Bake in a preheated oven at 170C for 35-40 minutes
Cold Coffee
Ingredients for 1 glass
• Instant coffee 1 tsp (or less as per taste)
• Condensed milk 2 tsp
• Milk 1 glass
• Ice cubes as needed
