@@WorldwideDarts Had a quick throw with them today. Feel nice and the scallop is just right. Not a lover of the flights and stems though. So will change them up and see how they go in a longer session. Overall very happy. Nice dart to throw.

Have you tried the new Swiss Storm points? Huge improvement imo

@WorldwideDarts tbh I used 35mm nano points. I just kept breaking points it was getting expensive. Even at £5.95 a pack. I just find the points are not strong enough and with the weak point just below the hex part of the point its not a case of if the point breaks its a case of when the point breaks

Obviously the 30mm Storm points are heavier than the 26mm points

Highly recommend these with the K-Flex but make sure you're running Swiss Storm points. 👍🏻

Good question! I think there's one I haven't reviewed yet. The 3 maybe? I forget. But out of all of them I really like the 04's. Especially with Swiss Storm points 👍🏻

@@WorldwideDarts perfect thanks mate, I’m currently using the harrows 50th anniversary dart 25G, lovely dart but looking to grab a set of these am a middle/front gripper was looking at the 05s but only got the 24G available online do you think I’d notice a difference with the weight heard a few people say the bomb style dart is lighter then straight ones. I’ve never had a bomb style dart either

I think the black version (Void) Bolide's are available in different weights? You'd have to check. I've been throwing with a bomb shaped barrel all week long... you can see them in today's video... but I really like them. I doubt that 1g will make any difference at all. Especially with such a different shape compared to what you're used to. I would highly recommend Swiss Storm points with and of the Swiss darts though 👍🏻

Dart players are a stubborn bunch and slow to change equipment. Look at molded flights for example. Just a couple years ago they were nearly non existent in the pro ranks while recreational players swore up and down they were the best things ever. Now fast forward to 2022/2023 and quite a few top pro players can be seen using them. 6 players in the top 18 order of merit use them. Or 33%. Specialty points do serve a purpose. They 100% extend the life of expensive flights by quite a bit. I used to blast through a set of folding flights in about 3-4 days. Now I have have flights that last upwards of a year. I totally agree that you don't need any of that stuff to play well but my wallet thanks me for never having to buy stems and flights in bulk anymore. You're spot on about the "repeating" stuff. Here in the USA people honestly think cricket is the most difficult dart game ever created with tons of strategy. That's the furthest thing from the truth but people believe it because that's what people have said for the last 30 years. Same thing with movable points and spinning stems. All garbage gimmicks imo. But players swear by them because it's been said for decades that "they work".

@@WorldwideDarts Yeah, you Americans can be a little weird sometimes😅 And that was towards the cricket thing. Easiest game ever, you explained it very well on the "5 biggest myths about darts"- video, or something named similar🤔 I actually like cricket, we always played it instead of 501 when we wanted to unwind with friends. Its a good game where you can "bully" by throwing points when you dont need them😆

@@Cowabunga10101 I definitely enjoy it myself and play it often. I just never understood the hype about it. If I'm winning the leg I have two options... close a new number or run up the points. If I'm losing there's really only one option. Find a new number and pray you hit a shitload of them. 😂
