Tbh disgraceful from target there’s no way these darts or there grip can make anyone even luke himself a better player . Even Mardle said it with his target it’s unnecessary grip might not make you worse but does make it three times mlre expensive. I don’t think I will ever purchase from target again as there prices are disgraceful now
I dont think its about an expectation that any special grip is going to make you better as such, its really down to what the individual prefers or feels suits them best, as said the same with the Rocket darts no dart is going to make you better just by its design alone. But yes they are certainly pricey as is all the pixel grip darts, I dont know why. Think they were pricey when they first came out with pixel grip but not as drastically so as they are nowadays.
You said it, have to wriggle it around to find the sweet spot. That's why I'm not a fan of pixal or lateral cut grips. But some will love it and that's all that matters. Pretty hefty price too!
Similar to the Adrian Lewis pixel grip with a different middle….. but for the life of me I cannot understand the pricing point…… even with things going up I just don’t get it
I’ve seen 4 different generic darts between £14-£22 that are practically identical with 90% tungsten, Just need his flights and you’ve got the same dart less than a quarter the price
Wonderful review. Great looking dart. I would rather spend on the Target Rob Cross pixel black. And only in 23 grams is going to stop a lot of people from considering it
Target at it again, they did the same with the Keane Barry darts, they got priced the same as the Barney and Taylor darts, nice looking darts but £103, Target taking the piss once again
I'm really not a fan of Swiss points but the barrels looks nice. The price is a bit high but for the moment the new standard I think. Good review as always. Ps are you going to review the new Peter Wright one's?
Great review Darren nice looking darts if nothing special. Still throwing well mate which is good too see. Too expensive for most players 😢🎯 happy darting 🎯
103pounds. Oh my... Target is really taking the p&ss. Also something I never understood, have your target logo on the dart, but apply a micro or nano grip to that bit too. So you don't have a smooth part of the barrel shall someone grip right at that spot.
Are they like the keane barry pixel grip darts that have a good cheese grater feel. The Luke Littler darts look nice but tge price is a bit too much, but all pixel grip darts are expensive
As mentioned in video they are more like the Lewis and not as cheese gratery as the others like the Barry were, Barry ones are a bit more grippy I think. :)
Threw these yesterday at county as someone had a set and wow great darts I want a set but that price tag is stopping me 🙈 I was really surprised how grippy they actually are and that grip at the back you can feel it which is good for me as I’m a rear gripper
Is it the first pixel grip darts you have tried? The version of pixel grip on these is not as grippy as the original version but still a decent amount of grip.
Going be honest love your reviews. Go deep in to it .and you put fun into it to .love you to do more on . Like. None named player darts I know you do . 😂
Had them for few hours. Love them BUT they keep falling out of my dart board. Don't have this problem with any other darts. I think the points aren't good enough for me. Will get New points.
Anything similar especially in regards to rear grip? - doesnt need/want pixel grip just looking something smilimalr in Shape and for an affordable price
I've watched a few videos of people getting fitted for darts by a professional...and it strikes me as evident that you will never unleash to capture your full potential at darts with a signature set of darts by Luke Littler or anyone else, unless you throw exactly like said signature darter.
In reality if you spend enough time with any set you can get good with it, just look at how many different styles Peter Wright has used, he can play well with them all, usually. But I do think there is always going to be a style that will suit individuals better than others like you say, but only the individual can truly know what is right for them or not. I think people can suggest/recommend darts based on your grip and throw etc but in the end only you can know what feels right. Luke Littler darts are just ones he uses but I am sure he would have been just as good if there was never any pixel grip darts and he started with something else. Like all pro players though they had to use what ever was available to buy unless they specifically got a custom set made from the off and not many have done that. His darts are a straight barrel style which will work well for many regardless as its the most common style but anyone expecting a set of darts to transform them into being as good as the player is deluded :)
@@DartsReviewChannel that’s why I got my order in now 😂 when they are back in stock they are definitely gonna add £20/£25 on top because of the recognition he’s getting
Question for you..Currently I am using Aspinal's darts (the silver ones). They basically have the same sort of grip in the rear as littler's. I would like to try a straight barrel/center weighted dart since Aspinal's are front weighted. Littler's darts are always out of stock/overpriced and Adrian Lewis' pixel darts no longer exist. Any other darts that have that same sort of grip in the back that leads directly into the stem?
The Bradley Brooks, Durrant 80% have similar and the Lewis Black has a little section of thin cut rings. I think some of the Red Dragon Milano have similar and the RD Touchstone has a s slightly chunkier ring grip to the end. Datadart Obsidian. There may be more but there is not a lot of darts around where the grip goes right up to the stem.
Im currently debating between those and the Kean Barry Pixels. Is the Pixel Grip on those sets similar or is one more aggressive? Im afraid the Littler Darts are too slippery in the back for me as a mid to rear gripper.
Great review! I am a beginner since the WC. I bought the Peter Wright Darts with the rainbow coating. I liked them but rn i feel like they have not enough grip for me. Sometimes i throw the darts above the board because I have not enoug grip. Would you recommend these Littler Darts with the Pixel Grip for me?
@@justinho1911 Well it wont hurt to try a more grippy dart but guess it depends if you feel comfortable paying the price of them, they are not that cheap.
Nice dart. But a little heavy and coast a little much. But over all I give it a 7 do to coast and only a 23 gram. Ill have to pass on theses dart and hope all the best to the player.
@paullynch2890 is it just ring grip on the rear part you want or do you still want a set with pixel grip? probably lots with ring grip rear but very few that have the pixel grip too?
When my mum/grandad taught me the game of darts when I was a little boy I was always told to twist and pull 25yr later and I’m still twisting makes a massive difference though, there is a young lad on RU-vid we both got blade 6’s around same time he just grabs and pulls and his board is in a lot worse condition to mine it’s not like I don’t play either because since lost my job I’m on my board at least 3/4 hour a day
