I'm a little amazed that Debrah Ferrington isn't aware of the use of photobiomodulation in treating dry AMD. She states that there is no effective treatment available, however there is substantial research that PBM therapy reduces the drusen on the macula.

The Cochrane review states "Compared to no treatment or a sham treatment, photobiomodulation may make little or no difference to clarity of vision or disease progression in people with dry AMD one year after starting treatment." It is good to see this type of basic research being done. Mitochondrial dysfunction is starting to be understood to be involved in a good number of aging related disorders and neurodegeneration.

Did you know that at least one of the advertisements before your video starts is an ad for a ‘natural’ product to restore vision? Do you have an control over ads?
