Recently I took the kayak out for a day of fishing at Princes Pier and targeted the Pinkies that are notorious for busting off many an angler around the poles, in this video we give it a fair crack and I show how to fish the poles effectively. Enjoy! :)

I only recently got a yak, and went to the poles. Pulled in some nice pinkies and salmon. When you get onto a decent fish, there is a lot more to think about than when you are landbased, like dealing with the drift, the fish going under the boat, staying away from the poles. All good fun, thanks for sharing the vid

A good video showing the do's and don'ts of Snapper fishing the poles. Some nice sized pannies there.

Nice video jordy as always. Went down to queenscliff pier this morning caught nothing. Going to werribee river tomorrow morning to see my feathered friends. Caught a 40 cm catfish last week to my surprise. See you on the water with my feathered friends
