Anyone who thinks this tool is not the way to do it does not care about quality. Grant it-as an hourly installer I am paid to do quality above all else.
If you need x tra hands on heatweld, lvt, base, vct , treads let me know.. We r getting slow till mid January... Our main jobs are schools.... Military base, govt(small).. We have small repairs here and there

We done over 100 treads and risers as one piece, cove sticks between them ,in 2 weeks At new elementary school stairs Used rubber tiles glue on treads, contact cement can on risers. No double face tapes... Tugged riser to the nose to made smooth Between nose and risers. Used only 25 ft measurements tape, frame square, 10 ft straight.. paint brushes..
