TENTATIVE LETTER RATING : D
REASONING:
1) 545 BT is not good enough
2) Recoil for the RPK is too high
3) Hearing reduced because of helmet

ADDENDUM (Patch 0.1.9.1) Armor reduced from 100% to 70% this is a big drop so might drop rating down to a D- because you are already not that tanky. Also back plate brought from 100% to 80% not too big of a drop and still at decent durability so no big deal. Says it has a level 6 plate in patch notes but it doesn't exist. ADDENDUM (Patch 0.1.9.1) PART 2 Armor rework makes you a survive a lot of damage. Problem is the intertia combined with heavy weight makes you very hard to turn and move around. Also BT's give a lot of recoil as a debuff and cant penetrate anything at tier 3. Last but not least the recoil is still bad and the slow fire rate doesn't help make guardian better. I have taken It from D to D- because Its usable for sure but its just so bad.
