Ingredients for sponge cake(海绵蛋糕):
2 large eggs (鸡蛋) - grade A
50g (1/4 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
60g (1/2 cup) plain flour (普通面粉)
2 tbsp milk (鲜奶)
1 1/2 tbsp corn oil (玉米油)
1/4 tsp vanilla essence (香草精)
Taro paste (芋泥):
350g mashed taro (芋泥)
75g (1/3 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
125ml whipping cream (动物性鲜奶油)
1 tsp purple sweet potato powder (紫薯粉)
Cheese layer (芝士层):
450g cream cheese (奶油芝士)
100g (1/3 cup + 2 tbsp) caster sugar (细砂糖)
3 eggs (鸡蛋)- grade A
1 tbsp corn starch (玉米粉)
150ml whipping cream (动物性鲜奶油)
