Bim's Recipe
Taro Dough
800 g. Mash taro
480 g. of Wheat Starch dough (60%)
1 TBSP of salt
48 g. Lard (6%)
40 g. Sugar
Filling (In the video I make a lot for freezing you can make half recipe
1 Kg. of mince pork, half belly meat and half red meat
1 cup of chopped Chinese Sausage
1 cup of chopped prawn
1 cup of chopped Shiitake mushroom
1 cup of chopped carrot
1 cup of chopped water Chesnut
1/1 cup of chopped spring onion
2 Coriender roots
5 cloves of garlic
1 TBSP black peppers
2 TBSP Oster sauce
2 TBSP of Chinese Soy sauce
1 TBSP Dark Soy Sauce
1 TBSP of Sesame Oil
2 TBSP of AP Flour
1 Cup of Water that we are soaking Shiitake mushroom
