On Black Friday I finally bought myself a set on Amazon. I purchased an ancestral tarot deck mainly because I'm *very* into Genealogy currently, and due to the fact I clearly don't personally know my, say, Great-Great Grandma for example, I want to use my tarot cards to come up with character traits, plots, settings other than where their from, etc.
I just recently started planning a "solo journaling rpg" for myself, and have not only been using tarot for planning characters and figuring out where my character will start, but I'm also planning on using it as a part of the game! I am kind of a beginner, so I always forget to pay attention to the imagery, but I definitely should start paying attention to it. Thanks for the reminder!!!
I have a plain Rider-Waite and the Everyday Witch tarot. I love the latter one. Such pretty art, but it also has easily read images. Thank you for sharing this technique. I think I'm going to try it because I'm stuck on what to do for a Nanowrimo project.
Ooh!! The Everyday Witch Tarot is very pretty. Totally my thing...not like I need another deck, but... Let me know how it goes with your Nano project. I'd love to hear about it.
This is soooo darn helpful. I didn’t even think of doing a Celtic spread for my characters or the calendar spread for the theme that is awesome ! Thanks love! I
Ummm.... I don't know if you believe in the paranormal, but watch this video from 20:02 - 20:21. In that time, there are 4 tiny orbs of light. Two that show up on the left side of her head, then one across her body, then one on her right side by her chair. O_0
I'm gonna have to go back and check!!! I might not have the most views on RU-vid, but apparently I've got some viewers who like my content. (Let's hope they like it and aren't just angry)
I feel biddy tarot is more for beginners/amateurs then professionals. There is no mucb depth provided in the cards meaning on Biddy tarot. However it is ok for quick reference.
