This is a superquick review and demo on the Tartelette 2 In Bloom palette! The palette costs $45 at Ulta and comes with 9 matte shades and 3 shimmer shades. The eyeshadows are wonderfully creamy and pigmented and the neutral shades are so versatile! Unfortunately my lighting is extremely bright so the depth of the shades are not seen well but I will definitely be using this palette in future videos!
