I endured the long wait for Tarte to launch this palette (their Instagram got me so hyped for it)! But I finally got it, and this is the first look I created with it, and I instantly fell in love.
This is my first Tarte palette, and after watching some other RU-vidr's videos just now, I'm hearing that the formula of this palette is completely different from the other Tartelette palettes, and that there is way too much kick up and fall out from these new shades.
I'm not able to compare this palette to the others, but, I disagree with the people saying that there is too much kick up in the pans. There is some, but I definitely don't think its another " Subculture disaster". But then again, I don't mind a little kick up. I suppose it just depends on the type of formula you like.
