This is the third year we've recorded a round in our hometown in August. It’s good to compare sometime later if something has changed within a year. This time, we started from a slightly different place. But not much has changed. Despite the fact that Tartu is the European capital of culture this year, nothing has improved, at least not in the heart of the city. The entire huge amount of money has been spent on events that most people do not care about. But well, that's how it was that day anyway.
