Tbh, I never really used C18 in B3 nor in IW. Maybe I did, but a very long time ago, so it doesn't count. lol
In B3, C18 is a mediocre juggler, with some very nice infinites. On IW instead, she's so elegant and majestic, but kinda impratical, with her only saving grace of Deadly Dance. That move is kinda OP, it deals a lot of damage, can be connected to any string C18 has and, to top it all off, it's loopable, which means you can spam it as long as you still have Ki.

I've never played as C-18 either, so hearing her say "Hey, stand still!" after she misses is just hilarious. Great video though, that Deadly Dance is broken as fuck.

Tbh, while Linda Young is the Frieza's voice of my childhood, the new Frieza's VA is pretty ok to me (I've heard him in DBS).

So balance isn't really achieved in IW either, it surprises me since IW was supposed to be more competitive afair. No matter to me, I can't still forgive em for dropping Dragon Rush altogether instead of reinventing it, such a waste of beatiful animations it was...

C18 doesn't need to be "balanced", 'cause it's a subpar character. While in B3 she had a bit better movepool, in IW she has Deadly Dance as a spammable Super. This doesn't make her unbalanced or broken, it's just a characteristic of her, mostly because looping DD it's hard, burns Ki fast and is afflicted by damage scaling.

I'm not sure of "OTG" meaning, but if I got right then yes, it raises the opponent from the ground and keeps doing it endlessly.

I noticed that in some of your videos u have songs that aren't supposed to be in that map. Did you change it in the opzions or did u change it while editing a video? EDIT: if u changed did in the settings pls tell me how. Im asking for budokai 3 btw

In this video, all songs are original. When I use custom soundtracks, I just play without music (only game's audio is on) and then I edit in the music I want.

Arbitrariamente, l'aiuto che C18 ha dato ha funzionato solo perché la trama ne aveva bisogno. In GT in generale ma soprattutto nell'arco di Super 17 non c'è un solo personaggio che faccia una cosa sensata, in particolare quella vittoria è letteralmente tirata fuori dal cilindro, una porcheria assoluta
