[TAS] Mario Party 9 | 999 Ministars on Toad Road (Force 4:3 with widescreen hack 480p)

I heard some comments about the Toad Road one not having 999 ministars. Well I fixed it now and here it is 4 years later...
The reason why I did this is because the orignal TASer from 2020 probably skiped the Toad Road map or didn't even bother going through it.
So, I'll be getting 999 ministars with Daisy and crashing Koopa Troopa this time. Since he's been getting 999 ministars and thinks he can get away with them.
Luckily, Daisy figured out how to make it work too! And then Koopa will be the one in last place. Enjoy this TAS all because of my hard work trying to make a Toad Road 999 ministar happen for all of you. I played this on the English version because the Japanese one doesn't work with my Dolphin LUA Core and would always give an error everytime I try to TAS Toad Road with it. So I had to make this possible on the English version instead. Happy late Pizza day, btw!
