Oh. "Meltdown" is actually a pretty good name for this route, better than what I thought up, anyway ("Unnecessary Sacrifice"). I thought up this name because... well, the MC really had no reason to surrender (other than S P E E D R U N), so they could've just chosen to "Fight to the end", and they would've still saved the world, while also being content with the fact that they didn't surrender to the enemy and that they got out alive.
Woah, published in 2004 and gets a video in 2021. It’s crazy to think this channel is getting close to uploading TASes that were published 20 years ago
Its pretty easy until the final 2 levels where the bosses get insane. Knowing how to avoid the attacks is easy since each boss only has 2 or 3 and you get warnings beforehand
I prefer the Genesis version and lucky I was able to play the japanese cartridge where we had a life bar (like the game was designed to had), the robot was my least favourite char because all his weapons besides C sucks really hard, but I enjoy seeing other speedruns besides Fang,
Ah... '90 Konami games. Too hard to be properly enjoyed. Only one I like is Castlevania: The Symphony of the Night, because it is hard but not beyond fair levels of being hard.
