He's based on Akuma. He has the beads around his neck and uses the same moves.

​@@ChrisMMaster0, it faded to black and then went straight to the credits. There was no ending, except for two short dialogues with Sigma and General.

@@Taric25 the ending was skipped, is an animated cutscene.

@@Taric25 for X there are 3 cutscenes: at the begging when you start the game, before you fight Double "Yellow guy", and after you beat the game.

@@ChrisMMaster0, the TAS isn't supposed to skip the ending, unless there's a required button press to get to the credits.

x4 is a pretty good gameplay wise, I would say the flaw is the terrible voice acting in English.
